Delivery & Returns Policy
- Delivery & Returns: Delivery: We process orders within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
- Domestic (Ghana): 3–7 business days: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, returns or refunds are currently unavailable with the following exceptions: Refunds are currently unapplicable unless the book becomes unavailable after purchase. Books that have been received in good condition or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please see the section below.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at executive@tucciivowi.com. within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
